Departments
Technical and Engineering Department The Technical and Engineering Department consists of several departments, which are:
1. Department Head:
The Senior Chief Engineer is responsible for heading the department, and the project managers are affiliated with him.
2. Construction Department:
Responsible for all construction work undertaken by the company, including vertical and horizontal construction, concrete pouring, formwork, and more.
3. Architectural Department:
Responsible for creating preliminary designs for the project and providing final maps and images of the project. It is also responsible for providing the aesthetic image of the project.
4. Electrical and Sanitary Department:
Responsible for all internal and external electrical work for the project, load calculations and distribution, as well as sanitary and drainage work, and heating and air conditioning work, according to the available spaces and capacities.


Public Relations and Trade Department
The Public Relations and Trade Department coordinates with government and private departments and agencies, companies, and suppliers to facilitate the work of the company’s departments, including importing and transporting materials within and outside the country, as well as obtaining the best prices. This department also handles the company’s commercial activities, including importing and exporting materials and equipment that the company contracts with clients to supply for the project.
Company Staff
The company consists of the following departments:

1. Managing Director
The managing director of the company is primarily responsible for managing the company and supervising its workflow, in addition to the administrative, legal, and financial powers granted to him by the company’s founding board. He is responsible for monitoring, directing, and inspecting the company’s operations to ensure optimal business operation. He is responsible for proposing an annual plan for the company’s activities and following up on its implementation. He is responsible for proposing the company’s owners’ proposals and presenting them to the board of directors for approval. He is responsible for preparing the company’s estimated budget proposal. He is also responsible for conducting studies aimed at developing the company’s activities. He is also responsible for following up and supervising the work of the company’s internal and external offices.

2. The Board of Directors.
It consists of a group of employees and individuals who founded the company, who possess extensive management experience, and who hold advanced degrees in various specialties. This board establishes the company’s operational rules and plans, as well as its internal regulations.

3. Legal Department:
This department is concerned with the company’s legal affairs and includes the Contracts Division, which is concerned with following up on legal procedures related to contracts and project referrals.

4- Technical Department:
This department includes a group of engineering cadres with specialization and experience to implement office work such as designs, studies, consultations, financial activity, implementation and site administration. This department is considered the link between the company’s management and the executive sites and includes consulting engineers in various engineering fields, headed by a consulting engineer with a PhD degree. In addition to implementing engineers specialized in the fields of electrical, mechanical and civil engineering, who have sufficient experience to implement all types of engineering projects. They are headed by an engineer with the rank of Chief Engineer. This department includes several divisions: planning, engineering designs, project management and implementation (our branches in the governorates).

5. Administrative Affairs Department
This department consists of:
Personnel
Studying laws, regulations, and instructions related to work and following up on their implementation
Providing the company’s needs for all types of workers
Completing recruitment procedures and completing employee files
Supervising attendance and departure

6. Assets Department:
This department handles the company’s machinery, laboratories, and all its assets, ensuring inventory preservation and rapid response to disbursement requirements.

7. Finance Department
This department is responsible for studying the company’s plans and proposing appropriate financial and financing policies that ensure smooth operation and the provision of cash flow in line with reserves. It also develops cost and document cycle systems and periodically reviews them to suit current needs. It also develops financial regulations for all company activities to ensure proper monitoring of implementation, reduce costs, and facilitate decision-making. It consists of:

8. Computer Department
This department is concerned with programming and also includes an internet department for correspondence with departments, branches, and company personnel.
